I became a senior placement agent because of my personal experience with my grandmother, who had Alzheimer’s. Seeing the challenges my family faced in finding the right care for her inspired me to help other families navigate this difficult journey. My goal is to provide guidance, support, and compassion to ensure seniors find a place where they feel safe, comfortable, and valued.

After both of our parents ended up in the hospital and then nursing home rehab for nearly two months, it became evident that they could not return home. They needed a new living arrangement that fit their different needs. Our mother needs memory care for her progressing dementia, while our father needs just assisted living. My brother & I were not sure where to begin. Our search was further complicated by us living several hours drive away from them. We are in eastern PA & NJ, they were in Lancaster County.
We were so fortunate to come across Jason’s info. We reached out to him and immediately felt comfortable that he would help us find the right place for mom & dad. Jason has a real compassion for helping elders live their lives to their full potential. He found out as much as he could about our parents and put their concerns as a priority in finding facilities. We had asked him to search both the Lancaster County area and eastern PA. Jason’s familiarity was in central PA, but he didn’t even hiccup in looking for facilities in eastern PA.
When it turned out that a few facilities in eastern PA were looking more appealing to our father, Jason offered to drive the few hours to join us as we toured these places. It was so helpful to have his experience to help us learn more about each facility. He asked questions that we did not think of, he enhanced questions that we did ask getting us deeper information, and he helped photograph our tours so we could stay focused.
Jason communicated with us easily and quickly. He was literally only a text or phone call away. His knowledge was very helpful as we compared facilities and narrowed our decision on the best facility for our parents. He also helped to negotiate with the facility. He found us options where are parents could be together. When I say that Jason went above and beyond, I truly mean it. We could not have done this without his help.
